Description
Unlike conventional plastic sponges, this handmade scrub sponge is designed with dried coconut fibres making it fully biodegradable. The robust material reliably removes dirt particles from cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. The sponge is highly durable and can be disposed of in the compost when no longer needed.

I really enjoy the idea that these are 100% natural but are super hard and very difficult to use. I don’t find them practical.

Great scrubbing sponge

These are great for scrubbing burned pots or hard to remove dirt from your stovetop. In the past I have used the sponges with two sides, one soft sponge side and a scrubbing surface on the other side, but those often have problems with the scrubbing side disintegrating and breaking off. I like the idea of a separate scrubber and it seems to work good for the tasks it is intended for. Just use it for things like scrubbing burned dirt and then use a softer sponge or cloth for other tasks. Seems durable so far, but I have not used it that many times yet. Good price and I like that it does not seem to have any plastic, glue or chemicals, just real unprocessed plant materials!
